A combination of #1 with a customer profile and with a shopping list is the first thing I thought about. A multi-channel retail approach, integrating web, mobile and actual shop visits is a second thing. A third thing is related to #5, which is targeted, realtime marketing / advertisements during shopping. I see some challenges bringing the frontends (phones) and the backends (logistics systems, ERP) together, especially for the smaller retail chains.
